You may want to start of with a behavioural and cultural survey which includes two days consultancy from a Synergy Programme Director. As part of the survey we review the outcomes and agree a plan of approach for dealing with any issues raised.

We meet with you to discuss your requirement and modify our standard survey template to exactly suit your aims and objectives from the survey.
A prototype of the survey will be up and running before we leave you and then it needs to be emailed to your staff. We can send the email or you can do it yourselves.
Once sufficient responses have been received we will meet with you again to go through the findings and help you map out a plan of approach to deal with any issues that have been uncovered.
